Sizzling Summer Fun in LA

Sun, surf, art, culture, community—LA’s got the perfect mix to fill those long summer days with just the right balance of relaxation and raucous fun. On the morning of Sunday, June 12, hundreds of thousands of revelers will come together to celebrate LGBTQ liberation at the 52nd annual LA Pride Parade, featuring around 130 contingents of entertainers, celebrities, community organizations, businesses, and more. After the parade, head over to the Marina Del Rey Hotel’s Sunday Boat House Pool Party, where you can marvel at the gorgeous ocean view as you dance, drink, and dine from 1 – 6pm every Sunday till Labor Day. If you’re an art lover, you must check out the Broad Museum’s Takashi Murakami Exhibit, which showcases the superstar Japanese artist’s dazzlingly diverse oeuvre that blends elements of painting, sculpture, cinema, fashion, animation, and interior design. Meanwhile, back at the Wayfarer’s own Lilly Rose, guests will be treated to an outstanding evening of craft cocktails and stand-up comedy starting at 6:30pm on Sunday, June 26.
