Downtown’s Great Outdoors

LA is beautiful in the winter, with refreshing breezes and soft light that’ll make you want to linger outdoors past sunset. Our neighborhood in downtown LA is full of spots for enjoying some fresh air, including our very own Rooftop.

Open daily from 11 am to midnight, The Rooftop is a place for savoring the city from above and even partaking in a bit of revelry. Enjoy a prix-fixe power lunch or killer cocktails while perched up in our own little urban oasis.

Just a few blocks away from The Wayfarer, you’ll find fruit vendors, friendly pups, and a classic urban space at Pershing Square. Dating back to the mid-19th century, this city park includes citrus and cypress trees that are well over 100 years old.

If you love heights or want to confront your fear of them, head to OUE Skyspace LA for an open-air observation deck that offers 360-degree views of the city. Nearby is the urban park that surrounds the LA Central Library, with fountains, lawns, and benches—another perfect spot to people-watch or catch up on your reading al fresco.
